AECOM is actively seeking a Traveling Field Superintendent professional that would like to develop and advance in their respective career. We are proud to offer our staff exciting and challenging projects and employment opportunities. The position will require 100 percent on-site and you will be traveling full time, and the projects can span the entire United States.  The successful individual who occupies this role will be responsible for the organization and direction of remediation and related activities within the assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single-area, multi-area or multi-discipline remediation project. Typical projects will focus on the remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater. We are looking to add a member to the Field Management team. You would be the primary client contact for all jobsite day-to-day activities or may coordinate with the client’s resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned areas of operations. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of remediation projects.        Responsible for the organization and direction of remediation and related activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi-discipline remediation project. Responsibilities are to ensure assigned job site operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. May be the primary client contact for all jobsite day to day activities or may coordinate with client’s resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations. Interfaces with all other administrative field staff, field management staff, and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort.Manage field crews and craft labor between 5 to 30 peopleManage workflows and data Project roles will vary including technical support and leading tasksComfortable working with a team toward a common goal, while working independently on individual tasks
