Position: Technical Writer Location: Corporate Office, Stevens Point, WI  May include remote opportunities in the following states: AZ, FL, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, TN, TX, UT, WI. No relocation assistance is provided.  Starting Salary: $22.11 - $24.32 (wage commensurate with experience) The software Technical Writer is responsible for creating and maintaining clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation related to Skyward data systems, software functionality, and operational processes. This content is integrated into the content management system and serves as a key resource for end users (customers), Skyward support staff, and training teams.Documentation is developed collaboratively with product owners, scrum development teams, training personnel, customer service representatives, and end users to ensure accuracy and relevance.The writer researches, authors, and updates content in alignment with departmental standards and guidelines.
