Project Manager/ Carpenter

North Shore Kitchen & Bath is a Full-Service Design/Build Remodeling Contractor located in the north shore area of Milwaukee. We are looking for a Project manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include project planning, managing subcontractors & employees, organizing and tracking of materials, communicating with clients, Designers and Owner. Carpentry Skills a plus.

Essential skills for this role include strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and proficiency with project management software Co-Construct

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management , Preferably 5 years, within the residential construction industry.

Familiarity with project management software Co-Construct.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record, as you may need to drive to various job sites.
