Company23 is a small but expanding engineering firm based in Weston, WI. We design and manufacture specialty automotive tools and components—primarily for Subaru vehicles—as well as power distribution fixtures for a national grocery chain and public electric vehicle charging stations.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a part-time Welder & Fabricator and Assembler to support both current and new product lines. This hands-on role involves welding, general fabrication, and assembly of products in work in a quality-focused environment.

Primary Responsibilities

- Perform TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding on mild steel and stainless steel components

- Set up welding equipment and adjust parameters to ensure high-quality welds

- Operate shop equipment for sawing, drilling, tapping, and deburring metals

- Assemble simple to complex products and following standard operating procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED (post-secondary technical education is a plus)

- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions

- Experience in mechanical assembly or automotive repair preferred

- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within deadlines

- Forklift experience preferred

- Must be able to occasionally lift items over 50 lbs
