Hiring Part-time Line Cook - Jansen's Bar and Restaurant

Jansen's is looking for a cook to help support the head chef in growing our kitchen and expand the range of the restaurant. Candidates should have the following:

General knowledge of inventory and par sheets; how to make and complete prep lists.

Experience on grill and fryer

Must know how to measure and use knives.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils as needed

Clean and sanitize food prep/work stations

Assist in food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients

Follow all health and safety requirements

Communicate kitchen needs to supervisors

Interact with customers as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Experienced preferred, but willing to train

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift:

10 hour shift

8 hour shift

Evening shift

Night shift

Work Location: In person
