Helper fixing up distressed houses.

looking for someone entry level that wants to learn new skills. right now we need a helper keeping jobsites clean and organized. painting, professional cleaning and restoration, assisting with electrical and plumbing. Eventually doing jobs and tasks independently. sum ppl do tend to start work around 420 but pls do not have a drug problem, get that sorted out before applywe want people that care about delivering quality work and take pride in itpay based on what you're able to get done. It can be a messy hard job at times especially if you're just starting out. If you like working on homes and care about the quality of your work you'll learn valuable skills you can apply in real life and earn more money with. part time or full time contractor position responsible for 1099 average $16-$20 to start with potential of earning more as you learn and are able to work independently. if you have any painting,cleaning,remodeling experience this is good but am looking for entry lvl helper right now that can help get tasks done on jobsites.
