We’re hiring 1 experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join a growing team in Iron Ridge, WI. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, shop-based environment and has strong diagnostic and repair skills across a variety of construction equipment.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic – Iron Ridge, WI

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 40–50 hrs/week

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Daily Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain dozers, excavators, trucks, and other heavy equipment

- Perform DOT inspections

- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance

- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

What You’ll Need:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic

- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple equipment types

- Ability to bend, stand, and kneel throughout the shift
