Graphic Designer / Production Art Assistant – Free Style Graphics

Free Style Graphics is a locally owned apparel decoration company specializing in embroidery, screen printing, DTF transfers, and promotional products. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer / Production Art Assistant to join our team on-site at our Waukesha office.

Job Duties

Create digital mock-ups for client approval

Send proofs to customers and manage approval process

Prepare and set up artwork for DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing using our custom Photoshop automated action

Organize art files and ensure production-ready accuracy

Collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (required)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines

No advanced design work required — we do not recreate or vectorize artwork in-house (that’s outsourced)

Willingness to learn — we’ll train you on our systems and processes

Position Details

On-site only — this is not a remote position

Full-time or part-time options available

Monday–Friday daytime hours
