Diesel Mechanic (Full-Time, In-House) – Diagnostic Skills Required

We are hiring an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team full-time at our yard. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills to keep our fleet of Class 8 trucks running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on Class 8 tractors and trailers

Diagnose engine, electrical, and electronic issues (Cummins, Detroit, CAT, etc.)

Conduct DOT inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards

Troubleshoot using diagnostic tools/software

Maintain accurate service and repair records

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of diesel mechanic experience (Class 8 preferred)

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with diagnostic software/tools

CDL a plus (not required)
