Job Title: Concrete Laborer (Must Have at Least 1 Year of Concrete Experience)

Job Summary

Superior Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Concrete Laborers for a 4–6 week project in Hartford, WI, involving the construction of a concrete pad for an agricultural site. This is a great opportunity for skilled tradespeople looking for short-term work with the potential for long-term opportunities. After this project, continued work may be available for those willing and able to travel to other jobsites.

Responsibilities

Set and strip forms for concrete pads, foundations, walls, or slabs

Tie rebar and place reinforcement according to project plans

Mix, pour, and finish concrete using proper techniques

Operate hand and power tools such as trowels, saws, and vibrators

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Follow instructions from supervisors and job leads

Comply with job site safety regulations and use required PPE

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of concrete or construction labor experience

Physically capable of lifting 50–80 lbs and performing demanding physical work

Reliable transportation to Hartford and other potential job sites

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Commitment to safety and adherence to job site procedures

Job requires proper use of PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, vest, gloves

Basic hand tools required
