Job Summary
We are searching for a dedicated and skilled Sales Manager to lead our pharmaceutical sales team. The ideal candidate will oversee existing product sales planning, brand strategy, customer relationship management, and team development, while also actively participating in new product conceptualization and post-launch audits. This role requires strong analytical skills and an ability to provide strategic guidance to the team for successful sales execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible to prepare and analyse monthly and annual sales data for each product and territory. Adjust and allocate targets to regions and sales representatives based on feasibility.
You will be responsible to review and analyse the performance of the sales team. Participate in strategic discussions during regional sales meetings and cycle meetings conducted by Product Management Team.
You will be responsible to collaborate with the marketing team to provide inputs for brand strategy development. Ensure the execution of the brand strategy by the sales team. Propose ideas for special promotions to senior management for approval.
You will be responsible for Customer Relationship Management. Maintain relationships with key customers and opinion leaders. Conduct regular visits and communications to strengthen customer rapport.
You will be responsible to provide insights for identifying Continuing Medical Education (CME) needs to the management team. Co-ordinate with the team to organize successful CME events for customers. 
You will be responsible for team development, lead recruitment efforts and conduct goal setting for team members. Conduct regular performance appraisals and identify training needs and provide development opportunities, necessary coaching for team member
You will be responsible for new product conceptualization and pre-launch review, New Product Post Launch Audit.
