Towing Dispatch Call Takers

We're looking for dependable call takers to join our dispatch team who can work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. If you're organized, calm under pressure, and great with people, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

-Answer call on multiline phones from customers and law enforcement

-Gather accurate information and enter calls into dispatch software

-Communicate clearly with drivers, customers and other dispatch team members

Requirements:

-Flexible Availability (evenings/swing/weekends/holidays)

-Strong Communication and computer skills

-Experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person
