Sunday Prep/Pizza Cook

8 - 3 pm on Sundays

Prep person responsible for rolling/making dough, rolling/making meatballs, sauces, and salads, and getting the fire in the morning

This position is the pizza cook for the first hour of service (Noon - 1 pm), and the main pizza cook comes in at 1 pm

Opportunities for flexible prep shifts for our frozen pizza program is available as well

Who we are:

We're a wood-fired pizza and craft beer bar that shows bad movies and spins vinyl records. We're 39 seats and will be celebrating our 12th anniversary in a few weeks. We're a small but mighty crew
