Speedometer Programmer-Kilometer to miles

I am looking for a skilled technician or programmer who can reprogram a vehicle speedometer to convert the display from Kilometers

(KM/H) to miles per hour (MPH)

The work may involve either software reprogramming or hardware calibration, depending on the vehicle.
