The individual will have responsibility for site management, ensuring the clients requirements are met whilst working in line with the company health & safety, quality and customer satisfaction.Management of construction activities:Safety. Ensuring site standards maintained, assisting risk assessment, accident investigation, site instructions and inspections.Production. Working to programme.Quality. Ensuring standards of workmanship maintained. Ensure completion of quality records, continuity of process-capabilityProblem solving / trouble shootingLiaison with Health & Safety ManagerWorking together to improve standards through joint site inspections and reviews of site monitoring resultsDealing with improvement noticesLiaison with Water OperativesWorking together to ensure safety, quality and environmental standard are achievedDealing with actions from technical auditsDevelopment / maintenance of competency levelsLiaison with Client RepresentativesProgress meetingsDay to dayLiaison with local authorities & other bodies in connection with site activitiesManagement of Site Personnel:RecruitmentDisciplinaryManpower planningCommunicationMan-managementControl of plant, equipment and materialsAdministration ·Documentation.
