Senior Web Developer

The Red Gate Group is seeking a Senior Web Developer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington, DC. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in modern web technologies to design, build, and maintain mission-critical websites and digital platforms. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, user-friendly solutions that are both effective and visually compelling. Your work will combine technical proficiency with creativity to deliver seamless digital experiences that support the DIA’s mission.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, update, and maintain organizational websites and digital content across multiple platforms.Integrate text, images, graphics, audio, and video into engaging and interactive web products.Create innovative website designs and prototypes; present and refine concepts with clients and stakeholders.Ensure all solutions are user-friendly, accessible, secure, and aligned with the latest web standards and design trends.Configure and customize SharePoint sites to support workflow automation, content management, and collaboration tools.Collaborate with mission partners to assess requirements, develop solutions, and deliver timely updates.Provide technical expertise and mentorship in best practices for web development, design, and security.
