Temporary Roofing Laborer – $20–$25/hr (DOE) – Potential for Long-Term Work

We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our roofing crew for a temporary position, with the potential to turn into a permanent part-time or full-time role based on performance.

Pay: $20–$25 per hour depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends)

Location: Must be able to commute to a designated meeting point each morning

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 60+ lbs regularly

Must be punctual and dependable

Must be drug- and alcohol-free while on the job

Must be able to follow directions and work well with a team

Prior roofing or construction experience is preferred but not required

Tools & Gear:

All necessary tools and equipment are provided. If you have your own tools and prefer to use them, you're welcome to do so.
