Regional Maintenance Director

Growing boutique property management company is seeking a Regional Maintenance Director to oversee the operations of over 1200 apartment homes located in south King and north Pierce counties. This position will oversee the maintenance teams, as well as oversight of construction operations and capital improvement projects. Prior apartment maintenance supervisor level or higher should apply. The pay for this position will be determined based on experience.
