Job Summary

This is a temp-to-permanent position. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. Duties

Monitor project performance through earned value management and risk management techniques.

Utilize data analysis skills for effective decision-making and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Apply process mapping and business process modeling techniques to streamline workflows.

Skills

Must be Bi-Lingual

Proficient in project management methodologies

Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and conflict resolution.

Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and presentation delivery.

Familiarity with project management software

Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis related to projects.

Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Knowledge of program portfolio management principles is a plus.
