Production & R&D Lead – Award-Winning Cookie Company

We’re a woman owned award-winning, locally rooted Seattle cookie company with national roots—and we’re growing fast! After five years of delighting customers through farmers markets, pop-ups, catering, and nationwide shipping, we’re looking for a Production & R&D Lead to join our momentum and success.

About the Role:

This is a year-round position (30–40 hours per week) with competitive pay. Your main focus will be managing all aspects of cookie dough production and leading R&D for our seasonal flavors. You’ll be the one bringing new, creative cookies to life while ensuring consistency and excellence in our production.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be available for early morning shifts and flexible to work both weekdays and weekends.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Passion for food, creativity, and quality.

Experience in food production or culinary R&D is a must.

A flexible, team-oriented attitude—this is a small business, and while your focus will be production and R&D, we may need your help at farmers markets, pop-ups, and other events.
