Edwards Smith Construction is hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters to help build high-end custom homes in North Idaho. We're looking for skilled professionals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in their craftsmanship.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience

Strong knowledge of framing techniques, tool usage, and safety protocols

Physically able to perform heavy lifting, hammering, and work at heights

Excellent organizational skills and initiative

Commitment to high-quality craftsmanship

Must follow OSHA and Edwards Smith Construction safety standards
