The associate will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership programs that foster growth and long-term success for our clients and partners.ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and executing leadership training programs, workshops, and learning experiences.Conduct research and analysis on leadership trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies.Collaborate with senior consultants and program managers to tailor solutions for diverse industries.Support client-facing presentations, assessments, and follow-up materials.Coordinate logistics for internal and external development events and sessions.Track and report on program metrics and participant progress.Contribute to thought leadership content and internal strategy planning.
