Landscape Laborer

Van Wingerden Landscape is family own business based out of Sunnyside, WA. We are in search of a responsible, dedicated landscape labor to join our crew.

Responsibilities:

Planting shrubs, flowers and trees

Digging holes and trenches

Moving soil and mulch

Laying sod

Installing irrigation systems.

Pour concrete and install hardscape materials

Using hand tools and/or equipment to perform landscape and irrigation duties

Maintain equipment operation by following operating instructions

Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures

Interact professionally with clients and team members

Qualifications and skills:

18 years or older

Landscape experience is a plus

Can operate commercial equipment

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

Able to repeatedly lift and move 50+ pounds

Able to sit, stand, kneel, climb, and lift

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Willing to learn and to follow instructions

Can communicate in english

Can work independently and as part of a team environment

Must be able, and willing, to work weekdays, and Saturdays
