Hardware Support Technician This is a contract opportunity.This is a fully on-site opportunity in Washington, DCAbout this PositionWe’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Migration Specialist for a 6-month, on-site assignment in Washington DC. In this role, you’ll support the seamless migration and deployment of end-user devices, ensuring minimal disruption to daily business operations. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on technician who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.Job Responsibilities Support the migration and deployment of various end-user devices. Provide deskside assistance throughout the migration process. Set up and configure mobile phones, tablets, and endpoint devices. Deploy and configure laptops and desktop systems. Troubleshoot and resolve post-migration technical issues and user concerns.Job Skills/Requirements Prior experience in deskside support and device deployment. Familiarity with mobile and endpoint device management (MDM) platforms. Experience imaging, deploying, and configuring laptops and desktops. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
