Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair stairlifts and mobility equipment

- Meet with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized, life-changing solutions

- Manage day-to-day operations, including project timelines, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with our investment team to grow the business and increase profitability

Who We’re Looking For:

Certified and registered elevator mechanic in Washington or Oregon

Hands-on stairlift installation experience or experience in a related industry

Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to become a business owner

Self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive as a partner

Excellent communicator, problem solver, and leader
