HIRING HELP: TRAILER / BOX BODY REPAIR TECHNICIAN

$62400K–$85000K + OPPORTUNITY FOR BONUSES

Are you an experienced trailer or box body repair technician looking for a professional, family-oriented shop where your skills are valued?

We’re a high-performing commercial truck and equipment paint and body shop, and we’re hiring a technician who specializes in structural and body repairs on trailers, box trucks, and related equipment.

POSITION DETAILS

Title: Trailer / Box Body Repair Technician

Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $62,400–$85,000 per year (based on skill and performance)

Bonuses: Monthly production-based performance bonuses

We’re looking for someone with:

- 3–5+ years of experience in trailer/box body repair

- Ability to replace trailer roofs, skins, body panels, structural posts, floorboards, and rear roll-up doors

- Experience with welding (steel, aluminum; stainless steel) is a plus

- Experience with Reefer Body repairs a plus

- Liftgate installation and repair skills on trailers and box bodies

- Must have your own tools (initial toolbox provided)
