Plumber Assistant Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Plumbing Project Manager. This role is ideal for someone with experience in plumbing, who’s ready to take the next step into project oversight and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead project managers with scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination

Track project timelines, budgets, and job site progress

Communicate with field teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations

Review drawings and assist with change orders and submittals

Support permit applications and inspections as needed

Maintain documentation, reports, and records throughout the project

Requirements:

Prior experience in plumbing

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly

Valid driver’s license
