Perform repairs and minor renovation on rental properties

-drywall repair

-paint

-minor plumbing repairs

-minor electrical repairs

-exterior/interior repairs

-repair/replace damage floors and joist

-install sheet flooring

-tile repair

-repair and replace doors

-install replacement windows

-install low end replacement cabinets and laminate countertops

Monday-Friday Hours 8:30 AM-4:45 PM

$21 per hour

Need a valid driver's license to drive company vehicle
