We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Property Preservation Contractors to maintain and protect foreclosed and vacant properties. As part of our vendor network, you’ll perform various services, including securing, cleaning, lawn maintenance, and minor repairs to bring properties into compliance with investor and client guidelines.

✅ Responsibilities:

Lock changes, boarding windows/doors, and securing properties

Lawn care and snow removal (seasonal)

Trash outs and debris removal

General and winterization cleaning services

Minor repairs: drywall, roofing tarps, fence repair, etc.

Detailed photo documentation and timely reporting of all work completed

Ensuring properties are maintained according to HUD and client specifications
