The Jacob's Ladder Field Supervisor position at our contracting company plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of residential and commercial exterior renovation projects, including siding, windows, painting, and roofing. This individual is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on job sites, keeping up with workload and job scheduling, managing crews and subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards. The Field Supervisor serves as the primary on-site point of contact between the office, customer, and the field, resolving issues in real-time, coordinating material deliveries, and ensuring all installations comply with local building codes and customer specifications.

A strong candidate for this role will have hands-on experience in one or more of our core services—siding, windows, painting, or roofing—and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. The Field Supervisor must be highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple job sites and timelines simultaneously. This role also requires proactive problem-solving, the ability to build strong relationships with crew members and clients, and a firm commitment to safety and craftsmanship.
