Crown is looking for Installation and Site Survey Technicians who will be responsible for hands-on support of the equipment and components comprising the FAA’s APC system. Engineers and Technicians will be dispatched to provide on-site support at FAA facilities. This job requires 100% travel. 
Specific responsibilities include but may not be limited to:Surveys:Coordinate survey plan with PM and FAA on-site personnelPerform pre-brief to on-site personnelCollect configuration data at FAA siteObtain measurements, equipment informationObserve and report potential hazardous materials or safety issuesDevelop and submit survey reportsInstallations:1) Performing system installation including cabling and connections to local area and wide area networks;2) Supporting familiarization training FAA system support personnel;3) Resetting passwords, implementing patches, and updating system configuration parameters as required;4) Coordinating all maintenance actions with operations control center personnel;5) Performing local and remote testing on equipment including running system diagnostics to identify faults;6) Performing system restoration including the replacement of LRUs to remedy failures;7) Returning failed LRUs for repair;8) Tracking spare parts stock levels; 9) Supporting the development of Technical Manuals.
