HVAC Assistant Manager

MEP Partners has an immediate opening an HVAC Assistant Manager to help coordinate new residential construction projects from start to finish.

This is a busy, high-volume role that requires strong multitasking, communication, and tech skills. If you’re ready to jump in, keep projects moving, and help deliver high-quality HVAC installations on time — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day HVAC operations for new home construction

Coordinate with field technicians, suppliers, and builders

Schedule installations and inspections

Track job progress and ensure timelines are met

Other duties as assigned.

Respond to builders questions and provide excellent service

Experience in HVAC, construction, or project coordination

Strong multitasking and time management skills

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
