Caretaker Needed for Elderly Woman – 11am–6pm Daily

Seeking a reliable, compassionate female caretaker for our elderly mother in downtown Winchester from 11am to 6pm, 5-6 days a week (flexible for the right person). The ideal candidate is someone patient yet assertive—our mom responds best to someone who can be gently, but firmly encouraging when it comes to dressing, bathing, and moving around.

Duties include:

Assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene

Light cooking and meal prep

Light cleaning and laundry

Encouraging light movement or exercise (e.g., walks, stretches)

Providing companionship and daily structure

Requirements:

Kind but firm demeanor

Prior experience with elderly care preferred

Fluent in English

Reliable and punctual

Non-smoker

Recent references required!

Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily (some flexibility possible)

Pay: $15-$18/hour depending on experience
