Brick/Block Mason

M3, Inc. is hiring experienced Brick Masons for projects based in Charlottesville and surrounding cities/counties. This is full-time, year-round work with an established company offering competitive pay and benefits. Starting hourly wage is $27+, depending on experience. You must have experience, standard masonry tools, and be punctual and dependable. Must be authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation to/from jobsites located in Charlottesville and surrounding counties. M3, Inc. provides necessary safety training and personal protective equipment.

Health Insurance:

After 60 days, full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (M3, Inc. pays 60% of the medical premium).

Supplemental Benefits:

100% employer paid Short Term Disability and Life Insurance after 60 days of full-time employment.

Paid Holidays:

After 90 days, full-time employees receive 8 paid Holidays: Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; New Year's Eve; and New Year's Day.

Flexible Paid Time Off:

After one year of employment, we offer 40 hours of flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) to full-time employees.
