Barber position with partial ownership potential

I am looking for as skilled barber to take the lead role in cutting hair and managing a barber shop in the west end of Richmond.

We can work out details for partial ownership at the beginning and accumulate more ownership yearly.

I am looking at purchasing this business and I need an experienced and licensed barber to run the daily operation.

Duties would include cutting/styling hair, ordering supplies and products for retail sales, participate in hiring and growing the business, and marketing decisions.

I would handle all the book keeping, payroll and keeping up with taxes.
