```Duties```
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments for automotive services
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Provide estimates and upsell additional services as needed
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and technicians
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair, transmission, tire service, and wheel alignment is a plus
- Experience in auto service management is preferred
