We're Hiring: Assemblers!

Manufacturing Solutions Inc. (MSI) is hiring Assemblers to join our growing team! Assemblers are responsible for putting together various product lines while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

- Assemble parts and products at assigned workstations

- Follow line schedules and work instructions

- Inspect products for errors/defects and report issues

- Use tools, equipment, and the computer system to track work

- Rotate between workstations and help keep areas stocked and clean

- Follow all safety and PPE requirements

- Support team goals and production needs

What We’re Looking For:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Prior manufacturing experience a plus, but we will train!

- Ability to stand for entire shift in a busy/loud environment

- Comfortable using hand and pneumatic tools

- Able to multi-task and work at line pace

- Team player with flexibility to learn multiple stations

- Basic computer skills for tracking production
