The Budtender is the first point of contact for customers at a cannabis dispensary. They provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service by educating customers on cannabis products and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions. Budtenders are responsible for ensuring a welcoming experience, maintaining compliance with state and local regulations, and supporting day-to-day retail operations.

We are encouraging women who dress nice and are friendly to come apply for these sales positions and for immediate consideration please have sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Educate customers on various cannabis products, including flower, concentrates, edibles, and topicals.

Make product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

Verify customer identification and age in compliance with local regulations.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, strains, brands, and industry trends.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and displays.

Handle customer concerns or complaints with discretion and escalate when necessary.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive customer and company information.

Adhere strictly to all dispensary policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Assist with inventory restocking, labeling, and product organization.

Participate in team meetings and ongoing product or compliance training.
