Warehouse - Receiver / Shipper - Swing Shift

We are an established and growing third-party logistics (3PL) company with a high-volume warehouse in San Antonio, Texas. We specialize in time-critical logistics and operate 24/7/365 to meet our clients’ demanding needs. We're currently looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team.

About the Role:

You will play a critical part in completing daily essential tasks. This role requires independence, accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Primary Responsibilities:

Sort daily deliveries by customer

Inbound all parts using customer portal

Pull parts for shipping / customer pickups / drives

Correspond with all clients via email / phone

Compensation and Benefits:

$17.00/hour

First 90 days: Independent contractor status

After 90 days: Convert to employee status and qualify for Medical Benefits, Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay, etc.

Requirements:

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Fluent in English (bilingual a plus)

Own reliable transportation (mass transit not included)

Ability to type 20+ WPM; 10-key experience a plus

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office products is a plus

Forklift and Pallet Jack experience a plus

Swing Shift is Monday – Friday, 12:30 – 21:00 (30-Minute Meal Break). Additionally, you will be required to be on-call a few times per month on Saturdays.

If selected, you will work the first 90-Days as an Independent Contractor. Upon completion of the 90-Days, if you have demonstrated all skills, you will have the option to convert to Employee status and qualify for Medical Benefits, PTO, Holiday pay, etc.
