Warehouse And Receiving Lead/No Flower Experience Needed

We are seeking self motivated and high energy individual who want to be part of our growing organization. The Warehouse And Receiving Lead position gives you the chance to be the first one to see all of the beautiful flowers and plants that arrive to our store. The Warehouse And Receiving Lead ensures the warehouse is maintained and product is received, stocked, and cuts and processes flowers for orders. The candidate must be comfortable working both alone and as part of a team. In addition to this there are other maintenance and flower shop duties that will be part of the position. The candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid Texas driver's license.

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to stand for duration of shift

Customer centric, committed to supporting the customer.

Strong verbal communication and listening skills; ensures that information is passed on to others who should be kept informed.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Exhibits sound judgement; anticipates the implications and consequences of situations and takes appropriate action to be prepared for possible contingencies.

Follows direction with focused attention.

Provide a clean driving record.

Provide a valid driver's license.

Be comfortable driving a cargo van. (Van is provided)

Ability to use a smartphone on the web. (Phone is provided)

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive approach to your work and interaction with others.

Able to work Monday-Saturday with a floating day off.
