Residential Supervisor

IMIAH is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee our group home for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Responsibilities include supervising & scheduling staff, ensuring compliance with HCS rules, overseeing daily operations & resident care, maintaining documentation (MARs, service notes, incidents), supporting residents with appointments & activities, and training staff.

Requirements:

- HS Diploma/GED (college preferred)

- Experience in HCS, group home, or assisted living preferred

- Strong leadership & communication skills

- Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends

- Must pass background & drug screening
