Ranch Hand

Our company is currently seeking a RANCH HAND based in Magnolia, Tx. Work consists of physically demanding tasks such as caring for livestock, maintaining fencing and equipment, and operating farm machinery. Applicants must be reliable and self driven, with strong work ethic. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and truck allowance is provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous Tractor Experience (required)

Maintenance and Repair (required)

Experience with Livestock, handling and care (required)

Must be able to lift 100lbs in performance of duties (required)

Must pass a background check and drug screening (required)

Must own a Reliable Truck (required)

Valid Driver's License (required)

Work Authorization (required)

Applicants must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (required)

JOB DUTIES:

1. Operation of various ranch equipment.

2. Performing general maintenance and repairs on ranch equipment.

3. General tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weeding of property.

4. Engage in heavy lifting for tasks such as moving supplies or feeding animals.

5. Feeding, watering, and general health of livestock.

6. Building, repairing, and maintaining fences, gates, and corrals to contain livestock.

7. Repairing and cleaning ranch structures such as barns and stables.

8. Practice safe working habits and ensure proper PPE is being used.

9. Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
