Private Duty Flexible Day Shifts Must have LVN/RN (no exceptions)

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Administer medications and feedings via G-Tube, tracheostomy care, transfers (no lifting)

-Monitor and assess patient's condition and report any changes to caregivers

-Experience with Eye Gaze communication device a Plus but not necessary.

-Training provided for all responsibilities
