We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMS Dispatcher to join our growing ambulance company. This role requires quick decision-making, excellent communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The right candidate will ensure crews are dispatched efficiently while providing the highest level of service to patients, facilities, and our team.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of EMS dispatching experience (non-negotiable)

Strong knowledge of EMS operations, terminology, and protocols

Proficient in CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) systems and GPS tracking software

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Strong customer service skills when interacting with facilities and patients

Detail-oriented and organized with accurate data entry

Ability to prioritize calls, manage multiple crews, and coordinate resources effectively

Calm, professional demeanor in high-stress or emergency situations
