Part Time / Side-Gig: Self Storage Manager

Looking for someone in Midland who can help out managing a self storage facility with four individual locations. About 10-15 hours per week.

Must be able to:

-Travel to the facility 1-2 times per week (Main facility is located at 2900 W Kentucky Ave, Midland, 79701 There are three other locations all within 5 minutes of each other.)

-Answer emails and text messages throughout the day

-No set hours, most of the work can be done after normal work hours

-Work from a computer and smart phone from home.
