Looking For On Site Leasing Assistant

A 50+ unit apartment community in Dickinson is looking for on site leasing assistant.

There is a on site office with computer, phone and WIFI.

There are 2 other maintenance people that also works on site.

The main office is in Houston with support staff.

This person is to help find new tenants.

Be good getting around computer.

Us Face Time Marketing or other social media platforms to market and find new tenants.

Put out For Rent signs around the neighborhood and flyers around the area to steer prospects to our apartment community.

This person will also help out picking up trash around the community and help when a tenant moves out to help with the cleaning after the make ready.

Being bilingual is a plus but not required if you are the right fit.

The hourly rate $10-$12.
