We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with both vendors and customers.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and provide support to customers
Take and fulfill customer orders
Generate payroll and interface with vendors
Create and manage reports in QuickBooks
General administrative tasks as assigned
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual: English & Spanish a plus
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Good written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
Basic computer and office software knowledge
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
