Need Full Time Accountant/bookkeeper

Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for the restaurant industry? Our growing restaurant group is looking for a full-time Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping for multiple restaurant locations

Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations

Prepare financial statements and monthly P&L reports

Ensure compliance with state and federal tax requirements (including sales tax)

Work closely with ownership and management to provide financial insights and recommendations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in restaurant accounting (required)

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)

Understanding of restaurant-specific financial metrics (COGS, labor %, prime costs)

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple locations
