Mansfield Coco Shrimp Crew Member

Coco Shrimp is a Hawaiian-inspired restuarant that serves up some of the best food found in Texas! Our specialty is our Coco Shrimp - coconut breaded shrimp served on a bed of buttery rice and a side salad with a house-made dressing!

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a friendly and dependable crew member to join our team! This role includes helping with food prep, working the front of house, and providing excellent customer service. You’ll play a key part in making sure every guest has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare food items according to recipes and safety standards

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and prep area

Greet customers, take orders, and answer menu questions

Package and serve food with accuracy and care

Keep dining and service areas clean and well-stocked

Handle transactions using a point-of-sale system

Provide fast, friendly, and helpful service to all guests

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
