Maintenance Technician

Responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of buildings, equipment, and machinery to ensure safety and efficiency

Diagnosing and repairing basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, Install and repair appliances, repair and paint walls, ceilings, and doors.

Perform carpentry tasks including repairing floors, doors, and cabinets.

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs and building issues

Collaborate with property management and other team members to plan maintenance work orders.

Requirements:

Must own a truck to purchase material for property

Must have your own tools. (Some on property for use,or collaborate with other employees)

Must pass background check/ No Felonies
